01Do we need to know exactly what to build?

No. Start with a process that is slow, repetitive or unreliable. Vanda will help work out whether AI can improve it and what a sensible first change would be.

02Will we need to replace our current tools?

Usually not. The first preference is to improve the existing workflow with the smallest workable change. A replacement is recommended only when the current setup prevents a reliable result.

03Why is Implementation a three-month start?

The work needs enough time to understand the real process, build against live cases, correct what breaks and leave the team with something they can operate. It is not three months of strategy before delivery begins.

04What happens if we need more capacity?

Vanda can recommend or coordinate specialist help when the scope justifies it. External tools and freelancers are agreed with you and priced separately rather than hidden inside the retainer.

05Why not hire someone full-time?

A full-time hire makes sense once the role and workload are repeatable. Vanda can help before that by defining the priority, building the process and giving a future hire something clear to own.
