01Is Vanda only for retailers?+
No. Vanda works with Singapore SMEs that have a valuable process to improve or a clear growth problem to solve. That can include clinics, professional services, wholesalers, experience businesses and B2B firms.
02What is the difference between Advisory and Implementation?+
Advisory provides four hours a month for decisions and review. Implementation reserves four delivery days a month to move one agreed workflow into a working, documented process.
03Why not hire someone full-time?+
A hire makes sense when the workload and role are clear. Vanda helps earlier: identify the valuable work, prove the approach and build the process a future hire can inherit.
04Can one person support us reliably?+
Vanda keeps capacity limited and works on one agreed priority at a time. If specialist help is needed, it is discussed with you first. Large migrations and round-the-clock support are not part of the standard service.
