When you contact us

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what you send so we can reply and so we remember the conversation later. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

If we contacted you on behalf of a client

We run outbound email for our clients. If you received an email from us, your business details came from public records, such as ACRA filings or a public business listing. We keep a note of where each record came from.

We do not use bought lists. We do not use lists that came from a bank, a chat group, or any private source.

To stop hearing from us, use the unsubscribe link in the email, or reply and say so. We remove you and we do not add you again.

Client data

When a client hires us, we work inside their sales process. That means we handle business contact details, email replies, and notes about the companies they sell to.

We act on the client's instructions. We do not use one client's data to help another client. We do not sell it. When a client stops working with us, we hand back what is theirs and delete our copies on request.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits to this site. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. We cannot see who you are from it.

How long we keep things

Enquiries: as long as the conversation is useful, and then we delete them.

Client data: for as long as we work with the client, and then on their instruction.

Outreach records: while a campaign is running, and then we keep only the record of who asked not to be contacted, so we do not contact them again.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Use the fit check form linked in the footer of this site, tell us what you want, and we will answer.
