Outreach
We build the list, do the research, make first contact, and follow up until it books.
Most SMEs sell to whoever was referred to them or whoever walked in. That is not a pipeline, it is luck. Outreach puts new companies in front of you every week, each with a reason you are worth their fifteen minutes, and keeps following up until one of them says yes to a call.
What actually happens
- 01
The list.
We pull every Singapore company that matches what you sell, from ACRA records and Google Maps. Every record carries where it came from. We strip personal mobile numbers. You see the list before anything is sent, and you can cut names from it.
- 02
The research.
Before anyone is contacted, we write one paragraph on each company: what they do, what changed recently, and why they might need you now. That paragraph is the reason the email is worth reading.
- 03
First contact.
Email only. Short, specific, about their business and not about ours. A person reads every email before it sends. We never cold message on WhatsApp, and we never use your number for cold contact.
- 04
Follow-up.
Every reply gets answered. Every "not now" gets a date, and comes back on that date. Warm follow-up runs on WhatsApp, on your own number, and only after they have replied.
- 05
Handover.
When someone agrees to a call, it goes to your team with the research attached. You take it from there. We keep chasing everyone who has not answered yet.
What you give us
- Who your ideal customers are. One sentence is enough to start.
- Who on your team takes the call.
- Permission to set up a separate sending domain. We buy it, warm it up, and send from it, so your main domain is never the one carrying cold email. It takes you about ten minutes to approve.
- About one hour in the first week. Less after that.
What you get
- A list you can see and cut before anything sends.
- Every email read by a person before it sends.
- A scoreboard in your inbox every Monday: companies researched, contacted, replies, calls booked.
- A named person to reply to, not a ticket queue.
What we never do
- Buy lists, or use a list that came out of a bank or a chat group.
- Cold call. Vanda employs no callers and sells no dials.
- Promise a number of meetings.
What it costs
Less than a junior hire, before CPF. The same AI tools and systems the big firms use, included.
Tools included. Three months to start.
Three months is a commitment, not a suggestion. Month one is set-up and the first sends. Month two is where replies start. Month three is the first honest read on whether this works for your business. Shorter than that and neither of us learns anything, so we do not sell it shorter.
Tools included means you do not buy a CRM, a data tool or a sending tool. We run the same AI tools and systems the big firms use, on our account, on your work. After three months it runs month to month.
A junior business development hire in Singapore costs more than this in salary alone, before CPF, before tools, and before the months it takes them to get going.
This is for you if
- You sell to other businesses.
- Someone on your team can take a call within two days of it being booked.
- One new customer is worth a few thousand dollars or more to you.
- You already know roughly what a good customer looks like.
This is not for you if
- You sell to consumers. This does not create walk-in or retail demand.
- Nobody is free to take the calls. Booked calls that go unanswered waste your money and our work.
- You need meetings this month. First replies usually take weeks, not days.
- You want us to make the phone calls. We do not call, ever.
Questions
How soon do replies start?
First sends go out in week two, after you approve the list and the first emails. Replies usually start in the weeks after that. Month three is the first honest read on the numbers.
Will this make us look like spam?
You approve the first batch before anything sends. After that a person still reads every email. Each one is short, carries a real sender and a way to unsubscribe, and is about the reader's business rather than a pitch about ours.
Where do the names come from?
Public sources only. ACRA records and Google Maps. Every record carries where it came from, so you can check any name on the list. We never buy a list.
What if we do not like the emails you write?
You see them before they send, and you can change them. Most owners change the first batch and almost nothing after that.
Can we stop after three months?
Yes. Three months is the minimum term, and you can leave at the end of it. After that it runs month to month.
What does it cost?
S$2,500 a month. Tools included. Three months to start.

Who you deal with
You deal with the person doing the work.
Vanda is a small Singapore team that runs the work itself. No account manager. No handover to a junior. The person on your fit call is the person who builds your list and sends your Monday scoreboard.
Tell us what you want more of.
Send a few lines about your business and what you want more of: customers you go out and find, customers who find you, or deals that stop stalling. You get a straight answer within two working days.
